This experimental site, installed on the roof of ENSCM since 2023, represents a concrete and ambitious milestone in the partnership between VELUX, CERC, and ENSCM.
Last June, Jérémy Schuck, engineering student at ENSCM, technical lead of the CERC, and currently completing a 4-month internship at VELUX, accompanied technicians who traveled from Denmark specifically for this operation.
Since the beginning of this collaboration, 18 ENSCM students have had the opportunity to complete internships at VELUX. It is a true gateway to European industrial innovation in materials chemistry and sustainable building.
VELUX has been actively involved in the life of the school, with two participations in the ENSCM Career Fair and representation at a meeting of the School’s Board of Directors to support the ambitions of this partnership.
This on-site intervention was also an opportunity for Dr. Salameh, professor and researcher at ENSCM, and head of public and private partnerships, to engage in discussions with VELUX teams about their missions, technical challenges, and future collaborative perspectives.
