ERASMUS - SOCRATES students

The National Graduate School of Chemistry of Montpellier organises 
the School's international students'  welcoming day on Thursday, February 4th 2010.

Erasmus students

Students from European partner Universities under the Erasmus Programme can :

> follow courses chosen from the 3-year Engineer Degree curriculum.
Advisable duration of stay : one semester to one full academic year.
For shorter stays (3 months), it is advisable to carry out a project in one of our School's laboratories.

> carry out a 3-to 9- month research project in one of our School's laboratories.

Under special bilateral agreements between ENSCM and their universities of origin Erasmus students can be awarded the Engineer degree.
Minimum duration of stay in that case : 3 semesters.

> How to register ?

- report to the page " Programme of studies " and with the help of your own institution International Relations Officer choose the courses in first, second or third academic year (knowing that those correspond respectively to third, fourth and fifth university years) according to your level.

- fill in the " Application form " (including the "Learning Agreement form") which needs to be approved and signed by your International Relations Officer

Please, note that the application is only valid when the following documents are enclosed with it :
- all Academic Transcript of Records
- CV in english
On reception of the Student Exchange Application, we will get in touch, by e-mail, with the applicant and his coordinator to inform if they have been admitted to ENSCM.

 

- your International Relations Officer will take care of your application and send it to us

- choose whether your want to be accommodated :

In a Hall of Residence

Fill in the " Student accomodation and intensive French courses form" if you wish to attend French courses during your period of stay.
The first period for attending "French as a Foreign Language Courses" runs over two weeks, at the beginning of September.
In all cases, attendance is free of charge.

Your will receive a confirmation letter from us if we have a room available
